sort of succotash recipe

  i started out with some rice mix stuff

 

 

 

 

 then i added some soy

 

 

 chopped up one small bbq burger while the rice was a cooking

 

 

 

 

added 2 cans of corn

 

 

 one can great northern beans

 

 

 then added one can french cut green beans

 

 

  and tada a low colesterol masterpiece
